TypoDay 2025 - Logo Design
Project Scope: Type Design, Graphic Design
TypoDay is an annual event dedicated to typography, organized by the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB). The event features a range of activities, including a logo design competition, hands-on workshops on typography and calligraphy, an international conference, a poster design competition, and an exhibition showcasing typographic works from around the world.
Outcome
A logo was designed for TypoDay 2025, inspired by the theme ‘Typography and Storytelling’. The design weaves together the essence of storytelling with the vibrant spirit of Mumbai, highlighting how narratives unfold around the one thing that unites the city’s people and sparks countless stories.
This logo project was also part of an academic assignment for the course “Visualization and Digital Representation” at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi.
